If you arrive in Toulon Train Station (there is a direct train from CDG to Toulon) you can take the Bus (here the Bus site https://www.reseaumistral.com/) :
You can share an UBER, it’s about 62€. If you arrive from ORLY directly at the Hyères Airport, it’s better to take an UBER there is no easy bus traject.
If you come by car or rent a car, note that there is a Parking Fee at Tour Fondue : https://www.tlv-tvm.com/parking-embarcadere/
If you arrive to the Marseille Airport, we suggest you to take the bus line Marseille Airport – Marseille Train station, and join Toulon by train

Note that you can reach the Hyère city if you take the train from Marseille (or Toulon) and then take the ligne 29 to the « Tour Fondue »
For the return, it is the same thing, by taking the 14h return boat you arrive around 15H30 at the Toulon Train station.
Note that it is also possible to rent a taxi-boat but it costs much more :
